About Me
I’m Paula, a Nutritional Therapist based in Exeter, UK, specialising in women’s hormonal and digestive health. My passion for nutrition comes from my own health experiences.
I grew up in Asturias, Spain, where homegrown food and cooking from scratch were a way of life. Yet, as a child, I struggled with picky eating, and by my twenties, I was facing debilitating symptoms: digestive discomfort, brain fog, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and more.
After years of misdiagnoses, I was finally diagnosed with coeliac disease, but a gluten-free diet wasn’t enough. My symptoms persisted, and I was eventually diagnosed with type 1 refractory coeliac disease, a rare and serious condition. At my lowest point, I was underweight, malnourished, and desperate for solutions.
Everything changed when I turned to personalised nutritional and lifestyle guidance. These changes helped me regain control of my health, allowing me to stop medication and thrive.

Inspired by my recovery, I pursued formal training in nutrition. Today, I help women like you overcome challenges such as digestive symptoms, painful periods, PCOS, and menopause transitions with tailored advice and compassionate support.
